All returned goods must be appropriately packed to avoid damaged delivery and must be in their original conditions. If a product is found to be in sound order, a handling fee/ return post will be charged. Subject to the return authorisation procedure, all damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped goods are entitled to a full refund
